These terms set out the agreement between you and Whif AI. Please read them before using the site; continued use means you accept them.

3. Every character presented here is invented. Names, portraits, histories and opinions are creative works and do not describe real individuals.
4. Portraits are illustrations produced for this site. They are not photographs of any person and must not be presented as such.
5. Conversations are provided for company, entertainment and storytelling. They are not advice of any professional kind.
6. Nothing on the site is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it must not be relied upon as a substitute for a qualified professional.

9. You agree not to attempt to produce unlawful material through the conversation features.

13. Text, layout, illustrations, names and character descriptions are protected works owned by Whif AI or licensed to it.
14. You may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link to the source page. Wholesale reproduction is not permitted.
15. You keep ownership of the messages you write. You grant Whif AI the limited permission needed to process them so a reply can be produced.
16. Replies are generated and may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies or invented detail. Treat them as fiction.
17. Availability is offered on a reasonable-efforts basis. Features may change, pause or be withdrawn without notice.
18. Where a paid option exists, its price, billing period and cancellation terms are shown before payment is taken.
19. Refunds, where offered, follow the rules published at the point of purchase and any rights granted by your local consumer law.
20. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. Whif AI does not control them and is not responsible for their content.
21. Access may be suspended or ended if these terms are broken or if use of the site places others at risk.
22. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site is excluded.
23. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.

25. These terms may be updated. The revised version applies from the date it is published on this page.
26. If a clause is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue to apply.
27. Failure to enforce a clause immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
