This notice explains what Whif AI collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read rather than skimmed.
What we collect
Three things: the messages you write during a conversation, the details you choose to send through the contact form, and basic technical information such as a rough location and the type of device used to load a page.
Why we collect it
Messages are processed so a reply can be produced and so a conversation keeps its thread. Contact details are used to answer you. Technical information is used to keep pages working and to spot abuse.
How long it is kept
Conversation content is retained only as long as needed to run the service and is removed on request. Contact messages are kept while the enquiry is open and for a short period afterwards.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with the providers needed to host the site and deliver email, each bound to handle it on our instructions.
Cookies
Cookies are used to keep a session working and to remember basic preferences. Blocking them in your browser will not prevent you from reading the site.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests go through the contact page and are answered within one month.
Children
Whif AI is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this notice changes, the revised version appears here with a new date.
